A border city of The Principality of Argond, bordering the The Argentian Republic. Pampana is famous for a yearly festival of Saint Fameris that generally lasts a week, at parts of which a bunch of young bulls are let loose, and chase several volunteers through the city. This surprisingly doesn't result in injuries too often. However, there's some people that think this tradition is a bit archaic, borderline animal abuse and should be phased out, or at least headed by druids and rangers who can ask the bulls to do it consensually.
