A town smack-dab in the middle of the High Lordship of Lugh; right on one of the main roads to Dulenn and Cainschurch. Tulach was first founded shortly after the fall of The Great Liwilai Empire as a simple farming town, but has become famous for its ale and liquor. Some of the fines alcohols are made here, most notably a very fine whiskey that is famous on the entire Island, even all the way to the Royal Union; Tulach Dew.
Outside of alcohol, you can also find plenty of religious schools here, including a religious college taught by clergy of the churches of Selûne and Sehanine Moonbow. The Tulach Show, an annual livestock festival and contest, is also held here.
