DM Notes - Mic

Mic McDougal starts off in Elysium seeking more information on the Missing Caitiff. He finds few answers and even less information. Caitiff, by their nature, tend to stay away from Camarilla affairs and avoid other Kindred. Some of the Caitiff that Mic is looking for were also in the Anarchs, making the likelihood of them presenting themselves quite slim. 

He then heads out to see about having a meeting with the Mortals: Mexican Boys - Biker Gang. They don't seem too disturbed that several of their people went missing after being assigned to watch Blood and Ashes. He works his way up through a couple of mid-tier members and eventually meets with the Sergeant-at-Arms. He listens to Mic's proposed deal.. makes a few slight changes, and then says he'll bring it up to the table. He assures Mic that it will most likely pass. 
The deal is that the Mexican Boys will keep a watch out on the club as it is being built, keep away thieves and others. After that, the gang will work as security and to push any drugs that Mic has and wants to be sold. They promise not to deal any on the side and if anyone is found dealing, that Mic will deal with those not in the gang and the Boys will deal with their own. 

Once it is brought to table, the gang will agree to base pay (for those working security) and an initial 5% for the first 5 years, with that dropping down to 1% after 5 years if the deal is not renegotiated.

Upon his completion of a tentative deal with the Mortals: Mexican Boys - Biker Gang, Mic retired to his temporary haven and checked on the repairs of his original haven. He learned that it would take approximately 1 week to complete the wreck of his front room that was left after the confrontation between Thomas "Tommy" Gunn Gallahee and Baniti. 

at the start of the 26th, Mic headed into Elysium to confer with several of the city's leaders. While there he spoke briefly with Laura van Vries and she learned of the missing Caitiff that were being sought by Mic. While the two talked, she reinforced the Unknown that she had laid upon him earlier.

At this time, she told him that she would have Dr. Cathal Erhard help Mic in his search. However, she did warn him not to trust Cathal and to watch his movements. Mic would then report on what Cathal said, did, and to whom he spoke all while keeping this a secret.

Soon after, the pair watched Cathal enter the main room of Elysium and the trio entered into a brief conversation. Cathal learned that he would be aiding Mic in the search of the missing Caitiff, acting on behalf of Clan Malkavian as its whip.

The two then headed off to find Conrad "Rud-Rud" Jones so Mic could gather information and Cathal for his own reasons. 

Mic and Rud-Rud wiped their slates clean of their current Boons and started off some new debt.
1) Mic inquired of the missing Caitiff and learned a possible Caitff was lurking in North Miami at the Savortelli's club. 
2) Mic inquired of Cosimo Giacomo Giovanni and was offered two options.. either a Medium Boon or a Major Boon, and Mic went with the Medium thus gaining quite a bit of insight into the Giovanni assassin.
3) tangentially he learned that the hunter searching for Cathal had not given up nor had he turned his attention elsewhere. He did not wish to learn more, avoiding further debt to Rud-Rud. 

Cathal and Mic parted company, with Mic heading to the club indicated by Rud-Rud. 
Once there, he found Erland Håkansson, a giant mountain of a vampire, sitting with a young woman. 
Erland introduced the young mortal as Lily Kuklose and told Mic had seen his missing companions just days ago. 
Mic then offered the large, but soft-spoken, Caitiff a job in his club.. which was reluctantly accepted. 
Lilly then inquired about a job as a server, handing Mic a napkin with her number once the hiring process started. 

After his meeting with Erland and Lily, Mic had returned to his haven for the night. 

Early the next night, he made his way to Elysium and set about meeting with various regulars. 
Laura van Vries reinforced her conditioning she had placed  on him.
Prince Azeniri the 3rd reinforced his conditioning he had placed on him.

Mic then had a meeting with Antonio Fazzel and set up a meeting between the Anarch Brujah and the Prince on the 28th, using his club as a location. 

With that done, Mic conducted several interviews with the Mortals: Mexican Boys - Biker Gang to set up security. He weeded out a few very quickly due to their use of violence, but did bring three of them on to work. He attempted to pass some blood to one of them, to begin ghouling him, but as soon as the man drank the blood he had a severe negative reaction. 
Mic watched in shock as the man's fingers grew, as he became gaunt, and as his skin took on a light hue..
the man, also shocked, thought it was something that Mic had done and he ran out of the building as he screamed. 
Mic attempted to track him down, but after a few words were spoken.. Mic's eyesight vanished. After a few moments, the condition cleared and Mic returned to the bar. 

Mic finished his interviews and contacted Erland to bring him in as security for the meeting the following night.

Mic heads over to the bar that the Mortals: Mexican Boys - Biker Gang operate out of looking for the missing man he had started to blood bond with the other security personal. 
He learned that he had not been seen since that night and that a few of the Boys were going to go check on him. Mic followed along and they found that the house seemed empty. Inside there were heaps of trash, the windows were heavily covered, and all the mirrors were broken. After the various Boys' were knocked out he was confronted by several Sluagh, a type of Unknown. 
He learned that the missing man was one of theirs and that he was under their protection. After deescalating the situation, the two groups negotiated some terms for possible information exchange with Mic learning that the Sluagh were masters of Information Gathering, much like the Nosferatu. 

After heading to Elysium to find Vince and Cathal, then runs into Elias Raye. 
Elias is also looking for Vince and after asking around they learn from Mahmud that the last he had seen Vince was with Mikkel. 
Mikkel, oddly, was nowhere to be seen in Elysium which started to trigger Elias as he began to worry about his clanmate. 
The pair then head off to find Rud-Rud as he is the most obvious contact among the Nos.
They begin asking Conrad "Rud-Rud" Jones where Vince might be located, with Rud-Rud claiming ignorance. 

Unbeknownst to Mic, Elias' brother Connor Wade, had gone missing as had a couple of other Brujah. This causes the elder Brujah to start to lose his temper, which snaps when Derek D. "Dirk Dirk" Dirkelson approaches the group to support his clansman, Rud-Rud.

Elias snaps out some shadow arms and crushes Dirk-Dirk, while a he pins Rud-Rud berating the young Nos for Vince's location. 

Rud-Rud says he will lead the pair to Vince and takes them into the sewers. 

While there, Rud-Rud sets off several tripwires to alert his clanmates of danger. 

Mic was able to spot this, and the wires, but Rud-Rud was able to bluff his way past and claim that they were harmless. 

Rud-Rud took them through a long and circuitous route, but MIc was fairly certain he would be able to find his way out again, and ended up in a large room filled with phosphercent mushrooms. As soon as Mic or Elias took a breath to say something, spores from the mushrooms knocked both of them flat.
