Dipshit (Harry Wilmer) is the kingpin of the urban gang The Gold Star Specials.
Early Life
Wilmer had an upbringing unusual among Generation MR, being adopted at the age of 8 by a neurotypical drug dealer. Wilmer grew up integrated with the gang, and while not officially a member, generally participated as if he were a member of its inner circle of enforcers. He was soon immersed in the truths of how to hold and wield power in a brutal environment.
One might assume that an 80+ IQ would be a prerequisite for the top level of organized crime, but it turns out it's pretty optional. Despite his diminished intelligence, Wilmer found the dramas he witnessed to be highly legible: scenarios always concerned concrete goods like drugs and money, the brutally simple rules of gang warfare, and actions that no creature could misunderstand. Best of all, no one involved had a vocabulary any more advanced than his own, so it's not like they were talking over his head.
Wilmer's time in the gang came to an end with the death of his father. As he was never officially a member, he was allowed to leave the organization in grace, being shrewdly aware of his new vulnerability. At 19 he was back on the streets, but he had no intention of ever being a victim again.
Personality
Wilmer is laconic and very observant. He recognizes intelligence as a valuable asset, but rarely the trump card its holders think it is. In fact, he finds highly intelligent people pretty easy to control. He pays little attention to their abstractions, and a lot to when their actions don't line up with their words.
His inner circles include highly trusted neurotypical legal and financial experts, an exception he recognized to be necessary to run his organization.
