Marshsinso is a major Cartún in Sinsonismo. She is a maternal figure depicted with a strikingly tall column of blue curly hair, a necklace of large red beads, and a green dress. Her appearance was one of the strangest in the original material, and has evolved to become even more striking. Marshsinso is a common figure depicted in idols, altars and dildos.
