A collection of gangs based in Kasumigaura. They also control a large part of the rest of the sprawl in New Amet. Members of the Yaokazi are all descended from refugees Xi'lan. Each gang is aligned with a certain animal, like wolves or tigers, and their members are tattoo'd with the animal, the higher their rank the more tattoos. Most members will also be feytouched to some degree so they will have animal features like a tiger's claws or wolf's ears, those who don't have them naturally often pay a Bioficer to graft them onto their bodies.
