In the center of the universe Itoa is surrounded by an area within which only the divine and dead can survive due to Itoa's immense output of Power. The Astral Sea is the thin golden zone where Itoa's power is still powerful enough to power Spelljammers while also allowing their sailors to survive. It is commonly used to transfer between Leylines during interstellar travel however its use is not without risk as large waves of Power can obliterate careless ships in a matter of seconds.
