Tiefling, crazed inventor type. Artificer
Arwa Hathspelt is a tiefling woman with mostly human features, but with short goat horns on her head and silver eyes. She is a discredited academic who specializes in inventing. She is an Artillerist Artificer.
Arwa was born in Sedesend. Her father is a Tiefling and her mother human. From a young age, Arwa was interested in science, physics in particular. She attended Astralreach Academy but was expelled due to performing dangerous experiments without the required precautions. Arwa then traveled to Resonaegis, a city on the Catalus Coast, to learn from and be surrounded by the innovators and inventors of the region. She is constantly tinkering and experimenting, and has many projects going at once. She goes in to major towns for supplies, but lives on her own and runs her experiments in secret. To fund her research, she sells weapons on the side. She is focused primarily on her experiments and inventions, and doesn't much care how her creations are used (no moral responsibility for misuse of the weapons she creates).
