Vogel is a shorter goliath man with pale grey skin and a bald head, with overlapping tattooed lines above his left brow that continue over his head and down his neck.
Vogel serves as the Master of Information on the Lumos Circle. Unlike their peers, Vogel is not commonly in the public eye nor discussed among the layman. They report directly to the Lumos Circle and Emperor Isaac Olessar III.
