Rathian Hall is the Senate building which is the hub of bureaucracy and organization within Qir'ellan'alak. This is the regular meeting place of the Abygen Senate. It is made of a deep, reflective dark marble and is impressive in its simple, grand makeup.
The basement of Rathian Hall houses the Vault of Rathian Hall, the current home of many old and brutal weaponry and arms which the Abygen Senate have phased out of circulation. An illusory door leads to a hidden staircase, which opens to a trapped hall, all before crossing th elocked door of the vault. An additional locked side chamber houses cells in which the sentient weapons are kept apart.
A long hall of offices are the personal work spaces for the members of the Abygen Senate. Azaetha Starstride works at the large office at the end, flanked by Grulkar Skullsplitter and Xan'alith'alan. The other offices often stand empty.
