Gra'urith'elix was a Mind Flayer Clairvoyant of the Nexus Encephalon colony in Uldrazim. Upon the death of the elder brain in Velkrazar, Gra'urith'elix and their fellow Illithid were left hive-less. Gra'urith'elix took up a lead of a group of ~50 Illithid and made a brief psychic connection with Aoife Sweeney. They took shelter at the base of Velkrazar before leaving and taking up Aoife's offer to attempt to join Xan'alith'alan in Qir'ellan'alak.
