Dyel Dekaani was the dean of Astralreach Academy, and was the public point of contact for the students of all of the schools of magic within. He was vivacious, half Dean Pelton and half the dean from Off Book.

Dyel Dekaani was a 5'4" Aasimar man who frequently wore square spectacles and a bright yellow overcoat over a vest and tie. He had dark skin and brown, thick, wavy hair that falls back above his shoulders. He was always boisterous and in a good mood, excited to greet anyone and everyone. He spoke fast and gave a wink and finger guns at the end of many interactions.

As the dean of Astralreach Academy, Dyel Dekaani was extremely well connected with both the student population and the faculty. He was not directly affiliated with the Hydra Collective, but was otherwise one of the highest authorities of the academy.

Needs and Assets/Agenda

Dyel Dekaani serves the people he loves to no end, and that is the student population of Astralreach Academy. He hears their every concern, washes them in praise at every opportunity, and is generally motivated by the betterment of the students and the institution they belong to.

Dyel Dekaani is the most well-connected individual within Astralreach Academy, familiar with more students and faculty than anyone else. He has his ear to the ground on any goings-on within the campus and among the student body.
