Strix Whistles was a snow owl Owlin woman with blue-gold plumage and a long, downward beak. She often wore blue and white robes patterned with semi-circles. She spoke slowly and kindly, and greatly enjoyed engaging in discussions of arcana and item enchantment.
Strix Whistles settled in Duvonte to produce and sell her magic items to the Knights Duvonte. Her husband, Lohark Whistles, was a decorated paladin of the Knights Duvonte, who died on an expedition to the Isles of Reus and was interred in the Tomb of the Shining Swords. She stays close to him, working from Frosty Findings.
