A titan of the Roots of the Primordials, Juuri was a source of earth Elemental power. She was the "sister" of Syvyys, Ke'avuur, and Taivaal.

Juuri was a titan of the earth, legs made from mountains and a body layered with stone and dirt like that of the planet's crust. She remained in a knelt state holding the space between two converging plates of the earth elemental plane, the Roots of the Primordials. Juuri acted stalwart and resolute, but recognized great character and determination, engaging with those who exemplified those tenets (see Trial).

Juuri was charged to holding the plates of the Roots of the Primordials apart after being reduced in power by the Deities during the Rive. She did not seek to free herself from this position, only wishing to maintain the strength to persevere in her current capacity. She also held her fellow Primordials in esteem, respecting their different powers while disagreeing with their less measured applications.

In her chest was a core of powerful Primordial energy, capable of creating Primordial Shards of Earth.

Trial

Roots of the Primordials

Juuri valued strength in fortitude and perseverance. She would share her power willingly with those who pass her trial: defeating a Fossil Cryptic. If additional creatures challenge simultaneously, an additional Earth Spark is added for each ally. Upon their defeat, she would reach out to those who persevered, granting them the power of a Primordial Shard of Earth from her core.

Successful attribution of her power leads to her stirring: she would push up against the earthen plate above and flex even further, leading to earthquakes in the ground below and above and allowing for a deluge of rock slides. In Al'tehrun, this would lead to extreme seismic activity: increased tremors, unpredictable fissures forming, and unstable conditions in Underground places like caves (namely the caves of the Stone Giants of the western Isles of Reus, for their proximity).
