Baril "Sanctity" Epalout was the innkeeper of the Wyrm's Roost within Draakbarrow. He was a younger Tiefling man with long brown hair and deep green skin and horns. He was always fairly annoyed, primarily at the Scaled Corona being so disruptive and scaring off prospective travelers through town.
Baril "Sanctity" Epalout enjoyed the easy life of an innkeeper, and loved bonding with the drakes of the Drakewardens who stayed in the roosts atop his inn.
Baril "Sanctity" Epalout could offer a large, birdcage room in his inn for 5 gold per night, and offered plenty of provisions and accommodations for pets and beastly companions.
