Rahadin

Rahadin was a male Drow elf who emerged from the iceberg in Tanadur (Rivelish). He had paled purple skin and long dark hair that fell below his shoulders. His hands were dark and maligned with necrosis, with some of his fingers which cracked from frostbite magically replaced by dark purple prostheses.

Rahadin spoke eloquently, but curtly with any who he deemed beneath him (most individuals). He would often sneer and insult those he interacted with, and wholly ignored anyone with little to no recognizable talent or significance.

History

Rahadin survived the events of the Curse of Strahd campaign, reconstituting from his magic painting within Castle Ravenloft (now Rivelish). He was frozen by the sudden winter which overtook the valley, freezing all within in ice.

Rahadin was freed when his section of ice was broken during the excavation in Tanadur near the site (as Rivelish is now completely frozen over and buried under an iceberg in the northern region of Tanadur). Upon being freed from his icy prison, he was captured by the Goldguard and transported to the Inverted Spire to be imprisoned for trespassing. After, he agreed to be transferred to the custody of the College of the Swan in the hopes of escaping or reducing his sentence. He was used as a charm trial for prospective College of the Swan students, and it was here that he encountered Bill's Bimbos on the eve of the Unknown. He recognized Rohtagels as one of the orphans from his home, making clear his disdain for Rohtagels' "dad".
