Olizan

Angel, Lysander

Olizan was a fallen angel of Seraphar, a planetar of Lystellbor whom was removed from Seraphar by the Legion of the Illuminate. He fell alongside Ket Judinor.

Olizan was eight and a half feet tall, very muscular, and entirely hairless with opalescent green skin and white feathered wings tinged with red and blackened burns at the fringes. He had a golden halo resembling a midday sun over his head, and wielded a greatsword of light, shining with the light of the sunrise. He wore torn a torn white toga and golden-banded sandals. He spoke directly but kindly, confident in their convictions and discerning/suspicious of anyone of infernal or Fiendish influence. 

Olizan sought primarily to return to Seraphar and return to his duties. Before then, he felt obligated to free Ket Judinor of the influence of the Throne of Wrath at the top of the Iron Stake: she fought Kahletia and in doing so became the Archdevil of Wrath, now ruling over the 5th circle. If she was freed or killed, he would then pursue escaping the Tower and returning to Sanctumyr.

History

Olizan guarded Sanctumyr under the command of Ket Judinor in the name of Lystellbor. That was, until the Legion of the Illuminate arrived and killed/banished their entire fighting force, Celestials turning on their brethren and the soldiers of Eosus claimed Sanctumyr for themselves. Among the angels who fell, Olizan fell to the Iron City of Dis alongside Ket Judinor. He had been staying in the city since, attmepting to form a way to free Ket Judinor from her compulsory seat atop the Iron Stake.

While in his temporarily hallowed building near the base of the Iron Stake, Olizan met Arix and Vijkastra Misseer, who sought to aid him, defeating Fiends across the city and gathering information about the circle for him (movements/behavior of Ket Judinor, possible magical artifacts in the city to help his goals).
