Pilgu was a Snow Person who lived in the caverns connecting Outpost 31 to Rivelish. They led a pack of about 20 snow people and prioritized their safety and survival within the caverns. They ally with the Mephits and are considered neutral by the other Elemental within the ice, allowing for their continued existence.
