Daughter of Edarra Shadowbanks and Kellin Shadowbanks she previously worked at the family owned Old Bridge Inn in the village of Noanar's Hold.
Recently, a hobgoblin army destroyed Noanar's Hold and the Shadowbanks family packed up everything heading west as refugees. In the process her Aunt, Pimzin Teabottle asked if she could help watch the horses of the adventuring party known as Chaotic Gold.
Moira was there when they encountered a fearsome "Harrowblade" creature and successfully brought the horses to safety. The party destroyed the beast and then met a group of elves who rode on the backs of giant owls. The elves fascinated Moira and the fact that they rode on owls, fascinated here even more.
"It is perhaps fortuitous that you arrive now, but also, very suspect," said the handsome wood elf shaking his head, "Would you ride with us back to Starsong Hill?" but this did not include Moira who was left with the horses given the instructions to:
- Stay out of trouble
- Stay on the main road
- Care for the horses
Moira is fast as the wind on a horse, so she's flirted with trouble on occasion.
