Also known, simply, as Moon and Star, this ring is a gift from the Daedric Prince Azura for the Chimer known as Indoril Nerevar. When he was slain by Vivec, it was eventually given to the one known as the Nerevarine.
This ring requires attunement (Indoril Nerevar or The Nerevarine)
Anyone who attempts to wear the ring while not attuned to it is instantly dropped to 0 HP.
While attuned to the ring, the wearer gains proficiency with Charisma (Persuasion) checks and gains double proficiency when rolling such a check.
