A Member of the Azan family, J'Oro came to be Mane in the year 217 of the 4th Era. Shortly after the end of the Second Great War, he became nothing more than a figurehead as the Thalmor began to use Skooma as a means to brainwash and manipulate the Khajiit people. Over the years, age started to deteriorate his appearance, even though he is still young. Between the Skooma and magical means, he has been under the control of the Caramenel, Fifth Emissary of Elsweyr.
On his own, he would do his best to reunify Anequina and Palletine into a single Elsweyr and try to free the Khajiit from their enslavement under the Thalmor.
