Deck the Greenhalls

The first of three plantations in southern Elseweyr, referred to the party by J'Oro Azan, Mane of Palletine; the party came into town to deal with the Thalmor. Helping a great deal of Khajiit in the process, they cleaned out the Thalmor, confiscated the Skooma, and cleansed all the Khajiit of their addiction over the next few days before having them shipped via teleportation magics to Skyrim where they could work on a different farm free of Skooma and Thalmor oppression.
