The Blackpowder Merchants arrive at the third plantation that J'Oro Azan had informed them about. There, they found a small Imperial camp north of the river that relayed information about Thalmor positions in the area including the fact that they had tangled with Thalmor in Chasegrove numerous times.
When the party arrived at the plantation, they were able to quickly handle the small contingent of Thalmor troops still in town and rescue the Khajiit held captive there. After curing them of their addiction to the Thalmor's enhanced Skooma, they elected, wholesale, to join the fight against the Thalmor.
