In a fort, in Cyrodiil, the party comes into contact with the entity known as War. However, perhaps more importantly, they come into contact, again, with Bakhutto. At least, a Revenant form of him that has been raised by War to fight against the Thalmor. However, Revenants as they are, Bakhutto wishes more for personal revenge, against Brokul. Brokul slays Bakhutto once more, but with him being a revenant now... is this actually the end?
