From the mountains to the north-west of the city, the party moves in to the Noble district and captures the teleportation circle in order to allow Imperial forces into town to assist in capturing it.
An illusory Loup Pa menaces the front gates while the party and Imperial forces spread throughout the city taking on the Thalmor forces, culminating in a battle against a military general near the barracks. Afterward, some notes about dangers in the caves to the east of the city lead them to tangle with some Kwama and Frostbite Spiders and then meet up with a Dwemer held hostage behind a magical barrier.
