Found within the Prophet's Cave in Vulkhel Guard, Raharn was a prisoner of the Thalmor between 4E 95 - 4E 231. Before this, he was nevertheless a discreet and hidden member of the long-lost Dwemer race. Though he claims there are 1 or 2 others of his species still alive and around in Nirn, no one has ever seen them and told the tale.
