Quintius Septim: An actual descendant of Uriel V, but having been cut off from Tamriel for over 500 years, the city has not had any impact on the Septim bloodline since and stake no claims to the leadership of the Empire as it stands currently.
The city of Septimia is the settlement originally settled by Uriel V Septim. While he felt the effort had been a failure and abandoned the settlement there were people left behind that managed to survive and maintain a presence in Akavir devoted to the Tamrielic Empire.
