The party pays a visit to the town of Dawnbreak, where a rebel organization has taken over from the Thalmor. Brother and sister to Calista; Alexios and Kassandra, work to unite the different rebel groups to aid in the rebellion against the Thalmor. Through the party's connections, a conversation between Svarog, Kyo, and the rebel groups is had through the Conference spell.
