By the First of Last Seed, 4E, 231, the war has progressed as such:
- Legate Vanellus Iceus, having captured Firsthold, has sailed to the northern coast of Alinor Isle and set up a forward camp sheltered by the mountains and a nearby forest.
- Legate Santino Antius has split his fleet, sailing around the north and south ends of Auridon, to keep an eye out for any Dominion fleets on his way to Shimmerene. A single ship on an island in between Auridon and Alinor has also departed their small camp to scout Shimmerene.
- Legate Aziz al'Amin has departed from the camp at Dusk Keep. One ship went further north, to establish another base en route to the eastern coast efforts to target the Keep of Eleven Forces where some supposed allies may be. His main force otherwise continued along the southern coast of Alinor to find the missing rebel forces in Alinor near a forked river.
