Located on the north-west end of Tamriel, High Rock is the homeland of the Breton people and the Nedic tribes that pre-existed them. It is a heavily mountainous and forested region. Several of the most famous regions of High Rock include the Wrothgarian Mountains, the Iliac Bay, the City of Wayrest, and the majority of the attempts to build Orsinium; a city and kingdom for the Orcs of Tamriel.
