The Aldmeri Dominion is a governmental entity that consists of an alliance between the Altmer of The Summerset Isles, the Bosmer of Valenwood, and the Khajiit of Elsweyr. There have been three instances of the Dominion over history, and the third instance, in the 4th Era, is led by the Thalmor.
