Spellcasting. The tsaesci is a 2nd level spellcaster. Their spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 16, spell attack +8). They have the following spells copied into a spellbook.
Cantrips (at will): Green-Flame Blade, Mage Hand, Message, Prestidigitation, Poison Spray
1st Level (4 slots): Burning Hands, Color Spray, Hideous Laughter, Ray of Sickness, Sleep, Shield
2nd Level (3 slots): Alter Self, Blur, Detect Thoughts, Hold Person, Scorching Ray
3rd Level (3 slots): Animate Dead, Counterspell, Fireball, Poison Bulb

Magic Resistance. The tsaesci has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Prophet of Darkness. While in dim light or darkness, the tsaesci has +2 AC, +2 on attack rolls, +2 on saves, and regenerates 2d8+6 hit points.
Shadow Murder. While in dim light or darkness, the tsaesci has the ability to turn invisible. This trait can be used twice and must complete a long rest before using it again.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Dagger of Venom. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 gt., one target. Hit: 8 (1d4+5) piercing damage. On hit, the target must make a DC 16 CON save. On a failure, they take 10 (2d10) poison damage and become poisoned. On a success, half as much damage, and do not become poisoned.
