Wondrous Item, Artifact
The Mnemic Egg is an artifact of the Argonian people and creates a link to the Hist. It is too large to carry around easily, but while in the presence of it, an individual gains access to the Hist's hivemind and can communicate with the Hist as with the Contact Other Plane spell.
Once a day, one person can take up to eight individuals with them into a pocket dimension of the Hist's collective power as with the Plane Shift spell (The egg functions as the material component, and you return to it when you exit the plane it sends you to).
