The prima's staff is a staff made of Dwemer design. It has a gem atop it made from a blend of malachite and moonstone.
This staff has been enchanted to grant a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls and spell save DCs.
While attuned to this staff, you may use an action to summon a Dwemer Spider or Sphere. The construct remains with you until it is destroyed or dismissed. You may use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, but more than one Dwemer construct cannot be active at any time. If the ability is used while a construct is already with you, the previous construct falls apart and becomes inert.
