After teleportation from the Imperial City to the city of Septimia in Akavir, the party has now joined Artarya Indoril in preparing for the war that is to come to Akavir's shores. After two days on a boat, they have traveled to a small island south of the city to explore some Tsaesci Ruins, to see if they could be used as Garrisons for the troops coming over to Akavir to face the Tsaesci.
In this tower, the party dealt with a few idle Tsaesci individuals and found information on traps and construction of these towers while also finding out that a crystal at the tower's top functions as a magical beacon. A Dragon rider flew in to investigate and the party tried to hide, but were forced to deal with the Dragon rider instead.
