This concoction looks, smells, and tastes like a Mana Potion. However, it is actually a very different and complex potion. An Identify spell (or DC19 Alchemy Tools check) reveals its true nature.
If you drink a Tier 1 variant of this potion for 1 minute, you gain a bonus of 1d6 damage (the type of damage being what you deal in an attack or spell). When the potion wears off, you take a point of Corruption and must roll on the Corruption Table. Higher tiers of the potion have boosted effects as follows:
| Elixir Type | Bonus DMG Dice | Duration | Potion Ending Side Effects |
| Elixir | 1d6 | 1 Minute Duration | 1 Corruption Point |
| Greater Elixir | 1d8 | 5 Minute Duration | 2 Corruption Points |
| Superior Elixir | 2d10 | 10 Minute Duration | 3 Corruption Points |
| Supreme Elixir | 2d12 | 25 Minute Duration | 4 Corruption Points |
