With a whisking motion, this wand can be used, once per day, to summon two "fluffy, cute kittens." These kittens are, in fact, Lions.
The kittens appear within 60 feet of the creature that uses the wand, and remain under the control of the caster for 1 hour. While the kittens remain, they are friendly to the caster and their allies and understand all the languages they speak. They obey all commands and if no commands are given they take no actions beyond the Dodge action. When the hour is over, the creatures disappear and cannot be called back again, in this way, until a long rest is completed.
