The Deck of Arms is a 13-card deck, alike a suit from a regular playing card deck, and is considered to be one of several decks under the grander Fate Cards collection.
While in possession of an entire Deck of Arms collection, the owner gains a +1 bonus for all combative skills (attack rolls, damage rolls, DCs on any effects generated by a weapon you use).
