The Deck of Daemons is a 13-card deck, alike a suit from a regular playing card deck, and is considered to be one of several decks under the grander Fate Cards collection.
While in possession of an entire Deck of Daemons collection, the owner, on any one short rest, can only use a number of hit dice to recover HP equal to their proficiency modifier. However, regardless of their class, regains all spell slots on a short rest.
