The Deck of Fortune is a 13-card deck, alike a suit from a regular playing card deck, and is considered to be one of several decks under the grander Fate Cards collection.
While in possession of an entire Deck of Fortune collection, the owner gains advantage on all Charisma (Persuasion or Deception) checks made when haggling over a price. Additionally, there is a 25% chance that some entity of luck bestows upon them a gift. (DM rolls 1d100, 76-100 is a success)
