Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Thurvokun fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Actions:

Multiattack. Thurvokun can use his Frightful Presence. He can then make three attacks: one with his bite and two with his claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) force damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (2d8 + 8) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target Hit: 19 (2d10+8) bludgeoning damage.

Frightful Presence.
Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 ft. of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Shadow Breath (Recharge 5-6).
The dragon exhales unholy energy in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw, taking 98 (14d6) necrotic damage and 98 (14d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Damage dealt by the dragon’s breath bypasses resistance, but not immunity.

Legendary Actions:
Thurvokun can take 5 Legendary Actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Hinfeynzii regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Detect (1 Action).
Hinfeynzii makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Tail Attack (1 Action).
Thurvokun makes a tail attack.

Command (1 Action).
Thurvokun bellows a command to one of his allies within 300 feet. The chosen creature can use its reaction to take one action immediately.
Mythic Actions:
If Thurvokun is reduced to 0 HP, his flesh and scales part from his material form, but unlike other dragons, he remains in combat as a Skeletal Dragon. As a Skeletal Dragon, Thurvokun's health is restored to 230. All his abilities remain with the following changes:
  • Thurvokun's Bite and Claw attacks additionally deal Necrotic Damage equal to 1d10.
  • The magical glow within his chest cavity creates a 15 foot radius magical effect around him. All targets, when they first enter the area, or that start their turn within that area, must make a DC 20 Wisdom save, or take 3d8 force damage.
