While wearing this armor, you can ignore the range restriction of telepathy when communicating with a creature that you have charmed. You do not even need to be on the same plane of existence.
Additionally, you can shapeshift into a Small or Medium humanoid, and back to your true form, as with the Disguise Self spell. Your statistics remain the same, regardless of what you shapeshift into. All your equipment transforms with you into whatever clothing of choice.
Made from a base of Ebony before being enchanted, this armor also bears the non-magical benefits of Ebony armor.
