Vin'fro is the elven capital of Vinado, it houses all of the best vineyards in the nation. The Lord of the city is a High Elf named Zephre Amascient, he is known for his ability to make grapes grow larger and sweeter.
The citizens of Vinado are very diverse, but the majority of the citizens of Vin'fro are Elven though there are many non-Elven races who live in Vin'fro.
