A mostly Sea Elf comprised group of rangers and scouts with often minor druidic abilities who help protect people and carry messages quickly from one location to another via their close connections to Primal Dolphins. One must be Dolphin-bound to one of the Primal variety to be accepted into the organization, and capable of the strenuous work. There are rare exceptions, but not many. Loosely affiliated with the Shoal Collective, and strong ties to Trishina but not official followers of hers. They rarely stay in the same spot for more than a few days before moving on, constantly covering vast distances via their Primal Dolphins.
