A new but ambitious minor Arkanum wanting to stake some territory of its own. It's managed to seize control of an Amplifier Tower on the outskirts of Cinnabar Keep, where Gobannus's reach isn't quite as strong. It currently lies in wait, patiently practicing its newfound powers-- but an upstart bunch of adventurers could ruin its plans right when they're starting to take off!
