Found within Mallouhide and valleys and plains of Southeast Fotlam, the temperate broadleaf regions of this island are reminiscent of the lush, rain-soaked landscapes of the British Isles and Northern Europe. With a particular nod to the charm of Ireland, these areas exude a sense of timeless tranquility, where the interplay of misty skies and fertile earth gives rise to a moist, temperate biome teeming with life. These areas have coniferous woods and forests throughout, as well as large, expansive hilly grasslands.

The Temperate Coniferous areas, located in the many mountain ranges as well as Airgidir and East Mallouhide can be compared to the Alps or the Scottish Highlands. The famous forest of Fossad Itháe is a significant Temperate Coniferous region.

Coniferous Region

Finally, the Temperate Grasslands, found in Cadonnin, and Ardalir can be compared to the Eurasian steppe, especially the areas in southern Russia and the Caucasus. These grasslands are defined by its open terrain, where endless stretches of golden grasses sway under the influence of a powerful breeze. The flatlands transition into gentle slopes and undulating hills as the land approaches the foothills of distant mountain ranges. Scattered throughout are occasional clusters of hardy shrubs and drought-resistant plants, which thrive in the semi-arid conditions typical of Cadonnin's climate.
