Built between 3A 6 and 3A 53 to commemorate the short life of the last monarch of the First Kingdom of Tir, Saint Virion II Quinnlee and commissioned shortly after his canonisation, this building's construction was halted on several occasions by the Imperial Troll Empire Government for a number of different reasons before The Immortal Governor eventually ruled in 3A 40 that Tir's Lucilites had the right to follow their faith. It now stands as the main cathedral to the mostly-dead religion of Lucilitism, and it is nowadays used more as a meeting place for members of the Church of Hoof and Horn.
