Built into the side of a long-extinct dome volcano alongside the ruins of the abandoned castle town of Treigthe by the infamous Mad Queen and surrounded by the Walls of Balla. It is dominated by the massive Queen Luciel's Fortress and The Black and White Towers, with other landmarks being the Monastery of the Glorious Shield of The Nameless One and the Lucilite Cathedral of St. Virion II the Innocent of Caislean.
The City is now the administrative centre of the Old Duchy of Balla and Tréigthe.
