House Maoilriain, the Royal House of the Kingdom of the Faerie Isle, rank as one of the most powerful families on Orth, and hold a colossal amount of sway in the Imperial Council of City Governors.
However, within this family there are cracks. King Oberon, while widely respected by the Council for his knowledge and intelligence, is also known to be highly stubborn and an extravagant spender who loves to spend money on personal frivolities; however the family has lost much of its wealth following Oberon's tumultuous divorce from Titania Farnan.
