Bel begins this loop with a new plan to gather allies outside the The Grand Library - Ground Floor. She visits the The Staff and Coin Brothel, a tavern and brothel in Mor’Koc run by paladins of The Nameless One, and meets Evelyn, a compassionate commoner. Evelyn listens to Bel’s story about the repeating month and encourages her to continue studying while the inn’s patrons discreetly watch for cultists.
Bel trains and researches both at the inn and in the Imperial Grand Library, learning more about the elemental planes, dragons and Unknown’s plots. She cannot find a way to change the fate of the bronze dragonling hatchlings or convince the Order of the coming danger. On the sixteenth day, Amall’s forces assault Mor’Koc with purple fire and lightning, devastating the city. Despite the paladins’ efforts, the staff, patrons and Bel are killed. She awakens back in her bed on the first day of Firstflower, the cycle unbroken.
